Here below you find an overview of the trainings which we offer. On the basis of a common agreement, these modules may be adjusted according to the needs of the client.

 

 

Live your life with more confidence

 

Are you doubting on yourself because you do not get what others seem to get? Are you wondering how you can do better and feel that something is blocking you ?

 

In this module, you will explore perspectives on confidence, personal development, vulnerabilty and resilience. You are going to see how you can improve your level of confidence by embracing your vulnerability. Vulnerability is a strength! If there was more vulnerability in our society, there would be more courage to introduce your unique ideas and to innovate. After this module, you will one of the first in your environment who is going to change attitude. In the first place, you serve your own benefits, but you will see that you are also going to inspire the people around you.

 

In this module we will use both theory and exercises about vulnerability and confidence (based on the theories of Brené Brown), inconvenient feelings, your passion and inner leadership. We will use a non-formal learning approach: In this framework, as a participant you are completely free to design your own personal learning process based on your own unique needs. This pro-active attitude provides the best results, because only you direct your own personal learning journey. You look for your own way in the flow of the program framed by the trainers, and you are stimulated by the other participants. The trainers give structure by offering background theory, exercises, debriefings and personal coaching. We are working in a personal laboratory where everything is possible and you cooperate on a completely voluntary basis.

 

 

Feel understood

 

Do you have the feeling that no one is listening to you? Why is that? In this module, you will explore new perspectives on better communication. And that starts with yourself.

 

You are going to discover that clear communication is the key factor to be understood. This starts with how to detect your own personal feelings and needs, and how to express them clearly and in a convincing way. We help you get over your fear of someone else’s reactions and set your own limits. In this way, you will grow in your confidence and inner leadership.

 

In this module, we will work around constructive communication (partly based on the theory from Rosenberg), recognizing your needs and then accept and appreciate them, the importance of expressing your needs and taking yourself seriously, as well as comforting your inconvenient feelings. The approach is based on non-formal learning: In this framework, as a participant, you are completely free to design your own personal learning process based on your own unique needs. This pro-active attitude provides the best results, because only you direct your own personal learning journey. You look for your own way in the flow of the program framed by the trainers, and stimulated by the the other participants. The trainers give structure by offering background theory, exercises, debriefings and personal coaching. We are working in a personal laboratory where everything is possible and you cooporate on a completely voluntary basis.

 

 

How to get/keep that job

 

Why were you not chosen for that job? Why were you not feeling comfortable during that job interview? Are you desparate because you do not know which strategy there is left to use? In this module, you will discover what really makes a difference when you are applying for a job.

 

You are going to discover what is really important when applying: passion, awareness of your qualities, confidence. You are going to learn that vulnerability is a strength and that once you embrace your vulnerability, your confidence will grow. You will hear that selling yourself does not help you at all, but being pure and really yourself so much more. You will explore your real passion and how your passion can help you find a fulfilling job. You will learn how to deal with inconvenient feelings when looking for work, and have a look at yourself through the eyes of the employer.

 

In this module, we will use both theory and exercices like the Form Theatre, blindfold exercises, reflection, resilience, inner leadership and talent development... Use your unique talent to design tomorrow’s world

 

Each of us is gifted. We are all of us are gifted in different ways and topics. If we already have discovered our talent, unfortunately only a few of us take our talent really seriously. And even fewer of us know how to use this gift and put it into into practice, or in their profession! How strong is your urge to find your talent and develop it in order to make your life more fulfilling?

 

In this module, you will look for your passion and how you can serve your environment and community with it. You will explore how your passion can coincide with your profession. You will work on your level of confidence and vulnerabilty, so that you will be able to announce what your passion is. You will learn toexplore how you can develop your talent and take out the need to inspire and pioneer.

 

We willto work around the different aspects of Ken Robinson’s theory of The Element and practice during exercises based on his ideas. We will also do exercices around confidence and passion (based on the theory of Brené Brown). Get a grip on the group

 

A group is a li,ving animal who does what he wants. For only five minutes or maybe half an hour, you, the leader, are able to impose on the group. But mostly it is a question of following (the needs of) the group. How do you do your planned programme if you do not feel secure with your group?

 

In this module, you will learn more about the structure and the needs of a group (group dynamics). You will work around constructive communication (partly based on Rosenberg) and give both recognition and validation to a group. You will experience how to interact intensively in a small group. You will to learn how to develop a strong mission and vision which helps you inspire the group and allign actions towards a common goal. Exercising how to deal with inconvenient feelings and how to comfort them by communication is an other essential part. Of course, we make time to go deeper into certain particular cases.

How to motivate my employees

 

Do you have the feeling that the motivation of your employees could improve? Do you have the feeling that some employees are not satisfied anymore? Do you have the feeling that you and your colleagues are not really working as a team? In this module, your group will (re)discover themselves and (re)motivate themselves to work together.

 

In this module, we focus on three elements. The first one is the individual and collective talent of the members of the group. Is every member doing what he/she can do best? And does he/she feel motivated by the team leader? That question brings us to the second element: The passion and motivation of the group. What does the group or individual members block? Do they have the feeling that they are intrinsically satisfied by what they are doing? That leads us to the third element which is group dynamics and the interaction between team members. How to optimalise the productivity of the group while the productivity is balancing with their (mental) well-being and pleasure on the work floor? Of course, these three elements are connected with each other. Together we are going to explore how those jigsaw pieces fit and influence each other positively.

First: get things done!

 

Do other people try to stimulate you to put your ideas into practice? Do you really want to make a change, but you do not know where and how to start? And do not you want to do it tomorrow but already today?

 

It is time to set up your goals, make a plan. In this module, you will experience how, step by step, you will get closer to an objective and also how to continue with your project. You will (re)discover what’s your passion. By getting to know yourself better, you will grow in your confidence. You will explore how to continue after this training by learning about real transition and accountability to yourself.

 

In this module, we use a lot of active methods like blindfold exercices, reflection, methods around resilience, inner leadership and talent development... We have a clear look at the core of Ken Robinson’s concept of The Element and put his ideas into pratice by doing exercices. We also do exercises on confidence and passion (based on the theory of Brené Brown).
